Easy to incorporate into your day, simply take a 30ml shot each morning. This spicy blend helps boost your vitamin C intake, support metabolism, and defend the body against infection.

Ingredients

  • 1 large knob of ginger

  • 1 knob of fresh turmeric

  • 2 whole lemons

  • 1 whole orange

  • 3 glove garlic

  • 1 tablespoon manuka/raw honey

  • 1 onion peeled and chopped

  • 1 small knob horseradish/1 fresh chilli

  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar

Method

Roughly chop all ingredients and place into sealable jar, top with apple cider vinegar and allow to soaked for 1-4 weeks in a cool/dark place - strain and enjoy a shot every morning (store in the fridge after opening).

Alternatively, blend all ingredients. Strain and store in a jar in the fridge for a quick shot.
